Can I apply online under this scheme?
No. Public online application is not available under this scheme. Applications are accepted only through the prescribed offline process. See the “Offline Application” page for details.
How will I receive my login ID and password?
After your application is recorded, the concerned office will create your account and provide you with the username and temporary password. Changing the password is mandatory on first login.
Can I upload documents online?
No. Documents are submitted and verified at the offline office only. The dashboard shows only the document status (pending/submitted/verified etc.).
Where can I see the status of my application?
After logging in, you can view the current status, timeline, status history and document status of your application on your dashboard.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Please contact the concerned office. After verification, the office will reset your password and issue a new temporary password.
