Lack of pucca housing
The applicant family (all members combined) should not own a pucca house.
Income limit
The annual family income must be below the limit prescribed under the scheme. Contact the concerned office for the current limit.
Residence
The applicant must be a permanent resident of the concerned area with valid proof of residence.
Age
The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
Land / housing documents
A valid document of entitlement to the land or house for construction must be available.

Final eligibility will be determined on the basis of inspection and verification by the concerned office.
